when I'm stress...

Feeling like there are too many pressures and demands on you? Losing sleep worrying about tests and schoolwork? Eating on the run because your schedule is just too busy?

You're not alone. Everyone experiences stress at times — adults, teens, and even kids. But there are ways to minimize stress and manage the stress that's unavoidable.

Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events. It's the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness.

This week is a quite stressful week for me.Totally exhausted~!!!

For the past 7 days, it was one of the busiest week in my life, tiring too.Trust me, it was non stop! All my ATPs are used up at the end of the day. *faint*.

And a lots of test is coming up! TONNES of assignments are waiting for me to settle also! I'm in total stress lately...

and when I'm stress, this is what happened...

-a little bit Nerdy-
-more nerdy-
-refreshing my eyes-
-breath more and more oxygen-
-and back to study-
hehe, it's 'crazy' a little bit, but trust me, it's really help you to reduce your stress...(><,)

ok2, stop. enough of joking.I must go back to study...bye

love of a sister to her brother...

I'm really-really love my eldest sister. She will give everything that I want.

Recently, my phone's broken. Dunno why, it will off automatically every 20 minutes. My sister know about it and she ask me if I want to buy my desire smartphone, Iphone4. She will buy it if I want.

The price for an Iphone4 in Malaysia is almost RM4k. It's like 3/4 from her salary. If I take the money,it's like I take all of his salary. So, how can she pay all of her expenses on that month???

Then she want buy me an Iphone 3gs that is more cheaper than Iphone4, it's cost around RM2k. But I still refuse to accept the money. RM2k is also a big amount of money, right??

Then, she insist me to accept her husband phone, N95. It's not because it's an older phone or it's not my taste.Just because the phone have a good memory between them.

I know she really2 concern about me and she will do anything for me, but how can I accept that money. What other people will think about me?? I'm not a bad brother ok.

I just think that it's not necessary because I'm still a student. Why must I use such an expensive phone just to text message and call home to say that I'm ok and no need to worry about me.

How can I will grow-up and get married if everybody treat me as a spoiled child even my age already 21??

Come on laa. I've grown up already. This Amir Fadli is not the same Amir from 5 or 10 years ago,who always crying if he didn't get what he want. I'm not that kind of child anymore. I've become a mature boy laa....

However, thanks god because YOU gave me such a good sister...(><,)

UMP SukFac 2010

On 16 and 17 October 2010, UMP held an interfaculty competition at UMP’s sport complex, and among the games that are played are volleyball, football and handball.

I played volleyball for my faculty, FKASA. It was fun and we play just for fun. And guess what, i won first place. How lucky we're...hehehe

Actually we did not expect to win, as we lost at the opening match against Faculty of Mechanical, the team that expected to be the champion as they have almost all of the UMP volleyball main players and we thought that we can't make it till final stage, but some miracle was happened then. FKM lost to FKEE and we won against FKEE. We all did our best and really put effort into the match against FKEE.We did played superbly.

I got some photos that was snapped by three paparazzis...hehehe

be more responsible - can you??

Today, I was very aggrieved with someone. Someone who I thought is a very caliber, responsible, and trusted person. But he has change my nice view about him when he failed to complete the task given to him.

Yes, I know he got so many works, assignments, projects, tests and quizzes. But he can't give any excuse lorr because I'm also a student  like him. What is more surprising is, we are in the same class/lecture. That's mean we got the same things to do. It's crazy to say that he got busy than me, am I right??

I can let it go if it's a difficult one. But I gave him the simplest one laa. How can he can't complete it??

Sorry to say, I'm really disappointed with you bro....

frustrated...

If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you’ll realized that I don’t blog everyday although I wish I can. It’s because there are many things going on in my study and personal life. Trying to find a good time to sit down and write from your heart doesn’t happen everyday, for me that is.

Recently, I’m frustrated and today is the worst one.

Many things that I wanted to happen did not go the way I’ve expected especially a few of my projects. Not only that, my handphone was giving a big problem recently and it’s been a pain in the rear trying to live without an handphone. Also, there are a million things that I need to approve and review to proceed because most of them are at a bottleneck.

You know the feeling when it seems like everybody wants a piece of you? That is what I am feeling right now.

Basically, I’m fighting against time to get tasks being completed and this is very frustrating because each time you finished one, then there will be more popping up.

I was at the verge of losing my patience so I took a break by watching a movie. And the movie I watched was the Pursuit of Happiness starring Will Smith. It’s a movie how a man pursues for his goal regardless of the obstacles in his life including being homeless. Great movie, touching story and it ends with a happy ending. By the way, this movie is inspired by a true story.

Anyway, by knowing your true purpose, all of your obstacles will be temporary. When you believe in what you can accomplish, everything else that are blocking you are just a test of time and some will called it, God’s test. It’s not Time or God’s denial but test of life we’re going through.

Once I start to evaluate my frustration at a deeper level, I start to learn more about it. How we represent our obstacles is how they’ll mean to us.

My remedy for stress, frustrations and any negative emotions is :
  1. know why you need to go through these feelings
  2. evaluate them whether it’s worth it
  3. represent them with a positive analogy that will assure you that these are not permanent
It’s easier said than done, but now, you know that you have the power to change and control your life.

The tournament is a good game for my team to be ready for the next MASUM. We got such a good experience there when we were fighting with some quite strong team like TLDM, LHDN and TARcollege. They are such a good team to fight with.

I don't have enough time to story all about the weekend. Here are some photos that I took from my teammates. Hope it's can fulfill the things that you want to know about the tournament.

-UMP volleyball team-
-our medal-
-showing off-
-the champion-
-showing off to the female team-
-having a great moment-
-"kami bukan kanak2"-
-posing in front of UMP bus-
Even though the female team have not won any prize, but they are satisfied because they won against UIAM, the team that always been their enemy.

That's all for today. Got so many things to do laa...bye~
