when I'm stress...

Feeling like there are too many pressures and demands on you? Losing sleep worrying about tests and schoolwork? Eating on the run because your schedule is just too busy?

You're not alone. Everyone experiences stress at times — adults, teens, and even kids. But there are ways to minimize stress and manage the stress that's unavoidable.

Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events. It's the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness.

This week is a quite stressful week for me.Totally exhausted~!!!

For the past 7 days, it was one of the busiest week in my life, tiring too.Trust me, it was non stop! All my ATPs are used up at the end of the day. *faint*.

And a lots of test is coming up! TONNES of assignments are waiting for me to settle also! I'm in total stress lately...

and when I'm stress, this is what happened...

-a little bit Nerdy-
-more nerdy-
-refreshing my eyes-
-breath more and more oxygen-
-and back to study-
hehe, it's 'crazy' a little bit, but trust me, it's really help you to reduce your stress...(><,)

ok2, stop. enough of joking.I must go back to study...bye

    n reduce a little bit stress....
